Katharine + Kevin are seriously perfect for each other. The two of them together make such an amazing duo & it’s an honor to call them friends. We had a blast hanging out with them during their engagement session here in the city. It was one of those magical San Francisco days where both the weather & light were absolutely perfect! This was one of our favorite engagement sessions of 2015 & we had such a hard time narrowing down photos for this session.
We started the day wandering around Kevin’s old neighborhood in Russian Hill. It was truly a beautiful backdrop as we climbed up the steep hills & looked over the city. Later we made our way out towards the coast to the exact spot where Kevin proposed to Katharine. It wasn’t the original spot he planned for the proposal to happen, but it was seriously the perfect private place away from the tourists. Between the limbs of the trees, golden light wrapped around them almost in a familiar way as they sat together again in the same spot. It was as if the entire space knew it was them returning & it wanted to inspire them as the began their wedding journey together.
We are so excited to kick off the 2016 wedding season with their big day this weekend at the Presidio Log Cabin here in San Francisco. Rain or shine, it’s going to be epic! #teamkevkat
